“KDB renovated the lower-level living area (approximately 1,200 SF) of our home in Edina. He worked closely with us from planning-out what was realistic to following-up a few months later to make sure we were happy with everything. We moved walls and bathrooms and added a new bedroom with an egress window. To say that he had many challenges in dealing with 1949 Sherman-tank-style construction is an understatement, but he took it in stride and did a great job. He is extremely professional and a good communicator. There are always questions and changes along the way of every remodeling project and he worked very well with us throughout the process in explaining the options and related costs.
